In order to write a document, a word processor helps people to easily write, create and print document. It is a software or a device that allows users to create, edit and print any type of written documents. Also, its enables the user to add picture such as to create a resume using templates provided according to the word processor software used. Besides, word processor software enables user to store the documents electronically which they can access their documents anywhere they are and also displaying a document on a screen.
There are many word processor software created by the technologist that can help people in order to create and save their documents. In this post, I will review about one of word processor software that was published by Google named Google Docs.

GOOGLE DOCS
This fully free software enable us to create and write a document by using Google Drive as its cloud storage. Its almost similar to Microsoft Office Word but this one was published by the Google which can enables us to access the documents anywhere either by online or offline. Besides, it also has tools for drafting and collaborating with others when editing the document by sharing link or adding the collaborators by using their emails as contact.

When we talk about Google stuff, I believe that most of us will think that it is online. But, as for this word processor, you will be able to do your work offline by setting up while you are connected to the internet. Once the docs is labelled "Available offline", then you are ready to continue working when the connection is impossible. Here, I provide a video on step by step method to start your work with Google Docs.
Just like the video said, that you can add anyone as the collaborators too!. It just a simple method as you just need to add their email or else you may click on get the shareable link, and the doc is ready to go.
Here's the step on how making a docs can be edited offline

1. First, open your Google docs and choose any docs that you want to available it offline. Click the three-dot button at the docs.

2. There will be an option 'Available offline'. Choose that option and your document are ready to be edited offline!
2. 15GB is FREE for you!
As already told earlier, Google Docs will use your Google Drive account for storage space. Thus, 15GB is free for you once you have a google account and technically need to be purchase if you need more than 15GB to store all your stuff. By default, your documents can be accessible anywhere as you can access your Google account. The best part is you will not have to deal with merging multiple versions of your file because as when google can detect the same content of a folder, it will give you the updated version of your file.
